My website was ddos attacked and my account was suspended

Error Message

Please open my account. Thank you.

Where does it say that? If it was DDOS attacked, the server would be taken offline. Your account was suspended for hitting the hits limit. It will be reactivated in 24 (or sooner if you upgrade to premium). You can learn more about the limit, and how to prevent it in the future, using the KB article below.

If you reach 50,000 hits in a single day, your account will be taken offline for 24 hours. After 24 hours, your account will be reactivated automatically.

They send people with ddos and fill the limit.

Why is my hits usage so high?

There are various reasons why your hits usage was so high. For example:

  • Your website received a lot of page views.
  • Your website has a lot of additional files which need to be loaded to render a page.
  • Your website received a (D)DoS attack.

Ok, so your account hit the hits limit. When I used to use this hosting I encountered this limit a lot - it’s one of the most common limits to get caught in. I will never understand why this limit is even a thing, but there you go. Wait 24 hours and your account will be unsuspended.
