The site is worrking, but from yesterday I made a ton of changes and when today I upload the new updated site, it still shows the old one from yesterday. I have try to delete Any file in any HTDOCS folder on the hosting server and then uplad new version ,but it still show the old webpage from one or two days before, why?

It looks like you are dealing with a Browser Cache Issue. You will have to clear your cache.
Sometimes, hard-refreshing the page or re-loading the page multiple times helps. You can also click the Lock and select Clear cookies and Site Data (I think this is only in Firefox).

Are you using cloudflare? You may need to clear the cloudflare cache
