I have the exact same issue, is support non existent here? Can’t even find an option, and “open ticket” just redirects me to account management.

@TTQWN_Tian unfortunately there are no access logs unless you’ve set them up yourself. The thing with free hosting is that very little is done for you.
@JamesSunderland support is primarily provided through this community forum. The only tone you get the option to open a story ticket is if you’re account is permanently suspended. And then that’s fine through your dash board.
The thing to remember is that the service here is free. That means you won’t get all the bells and whistles that you could get it you were a paying customer.
