Hello and welcome to the community. Both of your sites are taking too long to load too. My location is across the sea from you. I have no explanation to this but according to https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ there is partial re-routing in my location. Maybe yours too as some Indonesian cities are (partially)/re-routed. Both of your sites loaded well through VPN. You can try much later or use a different network.

How could Cloudflare status matter if both sites are using a free subdomain and do not use Cloudflare at all

Oh, that’s correct! I wonder why is it not loading here too? Can’t think of anything or just plain coincidence. I’m using warp (Cloudflare) for connection btw, but it’s loading if I use Japan.

Edit (after 26min)
Both are loading fine in my regular ISP and Cloudflare now! My mistake.

I don’t know exactly but that’s exactly what happened to me too. It comes from a crash and you hit it too much and then your IP address is blocked. So try from a different IP. Will it work from a friend’s computer? If so, then that’s the problem for me too. It happened to me now and I don’t know when they’ll unlock it for me.

IP blocks typically manifest themselves as a connection refused error, not a connection timeout error, so I don’t think that it’s the case here.
