everytime i update my files in file manager it does not update my website
i already clear my device cache and also try to load this in other devices and other network but still it does not load my new updated files
Which files are you changing? Could you create a test file and modify it for us to check?
at first i was changing the index.php, then, when i checked my site, changes was not displaying, the old version still displaying, so i decided to upload again all the files and check if the changes will displaying, but it doesnt, then i tried also to another computer and smartphones, but still the old version of my site is displaying

are you 100% sure that you uploaded the modified files to the right address and not to some other htdocs folder?
actually i have 2 subdomains, one is ictapp.free.nf and the other one is guestraffle.rf.gd, and i uploaded my files in their each htdocs, but neither of the two whenever i update the files, it does not update my site,
What are you suppose to see after update?
ictapp seems to be a more advanced version which is almost 100kB larger
Try adding www in front (http://www.ictapp.free.nf/) and visit
maybe it forces your browser to treat it as a new domain and pull new files instead of serving from the cache.
There is another possibility that your PHP file that you want to update exceeds 1MB file size and is rejected by the server and the old one always remains.
