My website is currently down and I am unable to access it.

It was working fine before, but now it is either not loading or showing an error message.
I have not made any major changes recently, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible. I need my website to be back online.

@Aftab07 and @Aftab07 your websites are accessible. If you don’t see them, clear cache or try different device / network.
@Chamodsamarakoon we can’t help you if you don’t provide any information.
My guess is your websites are hosted on the IP ending in 248, which just went back online after being down for nearly an hour.

Yeah some FTP seems down so can’t access site or FTP..for me the ftp ip 185.27.134.209 is dead.

Is seems that there was a brief issue with the hosting platform before where some servers had problems with their storage. If the storage where your website is hosted is unavailable, then your website will not load and FTP (and everything that uses FTP, including the file manager) will not work either.
I don’t know what happened, but it seems that whatever happened, it seems to be resolved now.
