My website has 500 internal server error message

Hi, I tried renaming the plugins folder via File Manager to disable plugins and troubleshoot a fatal error on my site. But I keep getting a “rename: not found” error message. I also tried renaming individual plugins, but the same error persists.
I used the filemanager.ai link and the control panel file manager — same result.
Could this be a file permission issue or a bug with the file manager itself? Please help me safely disable plugins or advise what to do next.

The online file manager is buggy, if possible please install an FTP client like FileZilla. :slight_smile:
