As the notice says: please submit a support ticket by clicking on the “View Support Ticket” button. We don’t deal with account suspensions here.

No. Account suspensions are handled through support tickets. I cannot support you here. Please wait for a staff member to respond to your ticket. If you haven’t received a reply after a day, you can try to reply to the ticket again to make sure it comes up again.
