My website does not load

I am trying to enter my website, but it does not allow me to enter, it remains blank

Please login to the client area and click Manage next to your account. Then, read the yellow/orange banner which should be roughly in the middle of your screen.


If I have read it, on my mobile it loads the page but on my computer it does not

Normally, you should be able to see your website in a few hours. However, depending on the DNS cache on the computer and network of your visitors, it could take up to 72 hours for the website to be visible everywhere.

So it’s completely normal that your website works on some devices and not on others. Hence why we say “works everywhere” instead of just “works”. Because it doesn’t start working everywhere at the same time.
