# My Website Always Shows 404

### Error Message

“404! We couldn’t find that page.”

### Other Information

Things I have tried:

- Waiting
- Clearing cache
- Clearing DNS cache
- Creating new `.htaccess` file in `htdocs`  
Nothing has worked so far.

Working fine. Clear cache or use different device

So I’ve tried to use a different device. It worked. I’ve cleared the cache multiple times, but it didn’t work on my computer. Any ideas?

It looks like the cache on your browser isn’t getting cleared

Which browser are you using ?

You could try using your browser in Incognito Mode. That also circumvents all caches.

If that still doesn’t solve the issue, there could also be a network level website cache. If so, only your network administrator could clear it.
