If the domain name has been added recently, then you need to wait at least 72 hours before it becomes available worldwide. You can use various online DNS propagation tools to check whether the domain is available globally or not. Results from GDNSPC suggests that the domain name is currently not available in other parts of the world.
You should check your network for connectivity problems. Check whether the website is blacklisted by your network administrator or not. Don’t forget to check your computer’s firewall, too.
Clear your browser’s cache and see if you can view the website after that.
