My web site problem

Hi, a few days ago I created a free domain on InfinityFree. After waiting 72 hours, my website still isn’t working. It gives me a 404 error, even though it says the status is active and I have an index.php file created. The website link is jelko.great-site.net.

Few questions that can help us debug the problem your facing

Have you made any changes to your .htaccess file?
Is your index.php exactly that? No capitals or anything?
Plus is the index.php in the root of the htdocs folder?

Your domain name is working, and so is your index.php file.

But when I check your website, I am redirected to the URL http://jelko.great-site.net/spletna_stran_Jelko/doma%C4%8Da_stran.php. And this other URL is returning the 404 Not Found error.

Can you please check whether this other file also exists?

Finally, I would suggest to avoid special characters in file names, they can be a bit finicky with URLs. Sticking to regular letters, numbers and URL-safe special characters is safer.

That was going to be my next question was does the index.php redirect to another file haha.
