i cannot access my website on desktop while on mobile i can access it please let me know what can be the reason…. it was working somedays ago

OK, that helps narrow it down, it’s a connection issue between your desktop and your website.
You say that it works on mobile? Does it only work if your phone is connected to mobile internet (4G/5G), or does it also work when it’s connected to WiFi? And if it’s the latter, does it work still if it’s connected to the same network as the desktop?
if i use mobile internet (JIO) it works but when i use other ISP (Airtel) it doesnt
Your ISP is blocking the connection. I would try a VPN or reach out to Airtel to remove the block.
