The problem is my website works perfectly fine on phone and desktop but it show insecure connection on my samsung s9 fe+ tab especially it doesnt work on Chrome browser and samsung internet but somehow works on Microsoft Edge I will upload the pics down below
Sounds to me like browser cache, try to delete the cache
like from the tablet i have to use flush dns? or just delete cookies
Delete cookies and cache, then wait for DNS cache to update. You can’t flush DNS cache yourself.

And there is one more problem when i search my website from edge using prompt site:sitename i dont get the desired website tagname and tagline but when i do it in chrome i get the desired one
Bing is probably using an old index of the site. You can request a re-index in the Bing Webmaster console, but it may take a bit for that request to be fulfilled.
Bro i actually dont know how to clear cache from the browser i thought i just thought to go to command promt and use command of flush dns that’s it so will that work if it wont work can you tell me which will work
Clearing browser cache and flushing DNS cache are not the same. They are both caches, but they work independently from eachother.
Also, clearing the DNS cache from your computer won’t help your tablet.
Please try searching the web for something like “clear browser cache {browserName}” (but with the name of the browser you’re using) and you should find plenty of step by step guides on how to do it.
