My site is no longer indexed by Google

Hello, friends

My website http://hudozhnik-restavrator.ru is no longer indexed by Google.

For several months we found out the reason and it turned out that the problem is on the hosting side.

I wrote to the support service through the control panel http://cpanel.ultimatefreehost.in There is no answer. I do not know where to write.

Help solve the problem.

Well, I can’t check or fix a website we don’t host in the first place. If your current hosting provider is ignoring you, maybe this is a good time to move your website to InfinityFree?

Very strange. I do not understand anything.

I registered with you. How did my site end up on a different hosting?

Can you transfer my site to yourself on your own

i don’t think if they can transfer your data to infinityfree because your previous host isn’t belong to Admin

you can do it yourself :eyes:

I changed to ns server on
ns1.epizy.com
ns2.epizy.com

But in the control panel epiz_24362580 I can not add a domain. Writes to me
“hudozhnik-restavrator.ru is already assigned and in use”

Please help.

You need to login to the old hosting account’s Control Panel, remove the domain from the “Addon Domains” section of it, and add it on the new hosting account here on InfinityFree.

I did everything. The domain is successfully connected in the control panel https://cpanel.epizy.com

But the site http://hudozhnik-restavrator.ru/ still does not work.

I installed the site files several times in the directory. But the server “does not see them.”

Please help.

it gives me WordPress site with Russian language

Strange, I have nothing. Can you show a screenshot?

Here it is:

For you it may be a DNS propagation issue, so you need to wait at least 72 hours before accessing your website again.

Give thanks. The site began to display.

But again, an incomprehensible problem arose.

The [robots.txt] file (http://hudozhnik-restavrator.ru/robots.txt) contains a ban on indexing by search engines:

User Agent: *
Disallow: /

Although the following is written in the catalog in robots.txt

User Agent: *
Presenter: http://hudozhnik-restavrator.ru
Disallow: / wp-admin /
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Site map: http://hudozhnik-restavrator.ru/sitemap.xml

What’s happening? So, does this hosting replace my robots.txt file with your own?

I do not understand anything. I changed the old hosting just for the sake of indexing by search engines. Is there a ban on indexing on this hosting?

I can see the latter on the robots.txt on my side. For you it’s a caching issue, so try to clear cookies and cache from your browser’s settings.
However, there is not present a ban on indexing, so you can index as many pages as the sitemap has and wants.
