other than index.html, does your site have any other files or pages? and if so are they working?

Fact: The âInspectorâ tab displays parsed HTML, not whatâs actually returned. To see whatâs returned you need the âDebuggerâ tab.
In this case, the website is returning absolutely nothing. Looks like the domain have not so correct DNS records.

The domain name noosphere.free.nf is pointing to both a free hosting IP address and a premium hosting IP address. It might have been used by someone else before who migrated it to premium hosting.
That configuration has now been cleaned up, which should at least help make sure that the content youâre uploading is actually displayed on your site. Note that it can take up to 72 hours to take effect.
