My site got suspended for 2 hours but it is not online after 2 hours

my website got suspended for 2 hours because of high cpu usage but now it’s been more than 24 hours i can access my cpanel but website is still down

As far as i know. Site suspension changes Database (only) Password to something else (sometimes). To fix this problem:

  1. Go to client area and your site account, Copy the password (It’s still correct one)
  2. Go to the settings, on edit password And paste the password which you copied, Then save it, It should fix the problem after some minutes :slight_smile:

Your website is still redirecting to suspendeddomain.org, but this is not because your account is suspended. I see you’re using Cloudflare, and I suspect that your DNS settings in Cloudflare are incorrect.
