That’s not quite how these things usually work.
Firewalls, especially the ones with active threat protection, are frequently updated with new blocklists to protect against new threats. If your firewall got an update that includes a block to your website, then that would result in the website being down now but working fine before.
But that’s just a guess on my part. The only thing I can say for certain is that your website is fully online. It’s up for me here, and when I use an external checker it says that your website is up too: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/toprigz.com?proto=http
