My page is lost due to run time error

So my home page /home/index.php became blanked after the run time error occured when I attempted to save my page in the file manager, anyway I could retrieve it back? I did not do any back ups beforehand.

I restored the page myself from my previous models, but just want to reflect the problem, thanks
