# My .page.gd site is currently unreachable despite my InfinityFree hosting account being active.

### Other Information

My InfinityFree hosting account is active, but the website is currently unreachable. I have tested the website on desktop, Incognito mode, and mobile data. On mobile data, the domain returns DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN. On desktop, it returns ERR\_SSL\_PROTOCOL\_ERROR. The website was working normally before this issue occurred. Please check whether there is a DNS or .page.gd subdomain issue affecting my site.

I just checked your site and it is working fine from here. So that’s one thing.

DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN and ERR\_SSL\_PROTOCOL\_ERROR are a **completely different class of error** , so there is a good chance that they are not related at all.

The ERR\_SSL\_PROTOCOL\_ERROR was due to an major system issue on our end. The DNS error I’m not sure about. Do you still experience this issue?
