My infinityfree account is gone? Email isn't recognized anymore

“These credentials do not match our records.”
and “We can’t find a user with that email address.”

I used the right login data 100%. I logged in with them many times before and saved them in Chrome. Now, infinityfree seemed to forget them. What happened? How can my account just be gone like this and what can I do now?
The problem is not even the password, but the email. I know I used my mail [email protected] for infinityfree because I saved it in Chrome and wrote it down in my notes as well. But it can’t be found by the system.

I looked up the domain name and I see a different email address on our end. Hint: it’s almost the same address but with a different number.
