I cannot access http://fasil.in and https://fasil.in
But i can access http:// and https:// in www.fasil
when i am trying to access http with fasil.in it shows 404 error. When i try to access https withfasil .in it shows ssl protocol error
But www.fasil.in is working normally
I have uploaded website files in htdocs and pointed dns to epizy. I dont know what is the problem here. It will be great if someone can help

Yes. I don’t see anything wrong on the user end. I suggest you open your site in Incognito mode for chrome or any browser that does not have your login info. Your site also seems to have https and also, the “www.” is included with all domains and is not really important.
Your site works for me (Both Links). Try clearing your cache or using an incognito tab as @Casmat suggested.
Also, your 404 page seams to be missing its CSS
