Unfortunately that information cannot be given out. It could possibly be a Cloudflare thing, but I guess there is no way to know now.
I’m going to move to a different account today. My website got suspended again for the 6th time.

As far as I understand it, your account is allocated a fixed amount of storage bandwidth (indeed measured in MB/s). If you hit that limit, your bandwidth is throttled and a “fault” is recorded. If you accrue too many faults in a day, your account will be suspended.
As with most limits, the exact values (for allocated bandwidth and maximum faults) are classified.
Please do and come back in a few days to see if it helped. That might help to figure out if this is indeed a hosting issue.
