Somebody changed an email on my account and “stole” my website.
I still have messages related to my account on my email client, know all the website names, account names, passwords, domain connected (which has not been stolen) and etc, so I can prove that account is mine. I need help to recover it.
Most likely, it won’t be possible to recover your account, only your domain names, however that will be up to Admin and whatever procedures he has in place.
To start, can you provide the usernames of the hosting account?
It appears the email address of the original profile has been reused, and both the account you created yesterday with your old email address, and the accounts on the old profile, are all suspended for abuse.
It seems to me that instead of trying to appeal your suspension like you’re supposed to, you are telling us a fake story so we’ll release your domain so you can use it to commit abuse again.
If your account is suspended for abuse and it’s incorrect, please request an appeal yourself through the client area. If you were actually committing abuse, then the domain being locked is intentional, because we don’t want to host your site again.
I find it very frustrating to hear baseless accusations of abusive behavior directed in my direction. Yes, my previous account was indeed labeled abusive for hosting a page dedicated to my lgbt-channel, lol. I took a long time to clarify this issue with the admins, but finally InfinityFree admins apologized for the issue and said that the system had falsely marked my site as abusive. For what reason my current account got the same marking, I just have no idea. I am sorry, but perhaps you should pay attention to the problematic operation of your system, which detects abusive websites.
I would be happy to request a formal appeal through the client area, but as I posted above, I can’t log into my account. When I try to log in using the password I have saved in my password manager, I get an error, and nothing happens when I try to recover the emails (which is why I assumed that somebody has changed an email on my account).
I repeat, that I have never engaged in abusive behavior on my website. Thank you for freeing the domain, I will host the website on a new account.
