MX records are set, but still not receiving mails

Hi,
I have set the MX records for my domain using MX Entry option in cPanel, but still not able to receive or send emails.
Kindly help

Two things:

  • Sending email has absolutely nothing to do with MX records.
  • I can’t check anything if you don’t include any details as to which hosting account you’re referring to and what should be able to receive email.

You’re using our Cloudflare integration, and it’s a known issue that using Cloudflare blocks incoming email: https://infinityfree.net/support/cloudflare-caveats

As for sending the email, are you trying to send it from your website or from an email account?

I just tried to send a test message and it looks like the message is sent but the spam score is quite high. Disabling Cloudflare could help with that as well, but this is something we’re going to work on.
