Hi admin,

I have hosted my site on your hosting servers, And last day magically my site received 50K+ views which seems to be some false work by some competitor to take down my site. I later thought to move my site from your servers to some paid servers.
I have already moved the domain name, but now when I try to login my ftp to get access to my data. I am not able to do so as it states the error, " Unable to login to FTP server 185.27.134.11 with username epiz_20130806. " I am looking for help.

Some more details I would like to provide is.

  1. My account is suspended, So i’m not able to login my ftp so i can download my files.

I need to download my file. Thanks

InfinityFree does not provide paid services and does not provide tech support, so don’t bother submitting your question there.

You need to ask your questions to the company you upgraded to. Did you get an account at XVHOST? Then you should contact XVHOST directly from the XVHOST client area. Did you upgrade to iFastNet, then you should contact iFastNet.
