Whenever I try to upload any type of media file or document on my website, it does not load and takes hours to load the file. I have been facing this issue for years. I can only type text on my website and used the old media that was already uploaded years back when there was no such issue. Despite of the size whether it is above 10 MB or below 10 MB it won’t upload. Can anyone please fix this issue for me?

Can you please clarify:
- How are you uploading the files? FTP client, file manager, or something built inside your website?
- Are you able to upload the files successfully or not? Do you see any errors while uploading?
- What do you mean by the file “does not load”? How are you trying to load it? And what do you changes after those “hours [it takes] to load the file”?
If there is anything else that you can think of that would be useful to know, please add it too.
