im using unfinity - one page wordpress and fasing this error
Max. Post Size: Currently: 30 (the minimum required 32M)

Can you please provide some more detailed information. What is your website’s address, and what are you doing which triggers the error?
An initial Google search suggests you’ve reached the maximum file size when trying to upload a file into WordPress, but I can’t be certain because I don’t know what you’re trying to do or when the error happens.

The POST max size is indeed 30 MB on our hosting, and it cannot be increased. Configuring PHP options like that is only possible on premium hosting.
If you want, we can help you look for a workaround. But to be able to do so, please give us a bit more information about what you’re trying to do and why you’re running into this issue.
