Max_allowed_packet limits

Error Message

I have a website that I want to restore with a backup. Uploading the backups worked fine but when restoring I get a message max_allowed_packet=3 and that it would be better if it is 16.

I tried to modify the max_allowed_packet configuration from mysql but it denied the command because I need super user permissions.

Other Information

I have previously restored sites with backups but it has been to the same domain, in this case I am changing domain.
The issue is that I have not been able to restore the site and I needed it urgently.
If anyone knows what I can do or infinity free support can intervene to help me.

Sorry, but configurations cannot be tweaked for individual users.

Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

We’ve set the max_allowed_packet setting on our database server to prevent people from overloading the database with HUGE database queries. There is no legitimate reason why someone should hammer the server with a single database query of 100 MB. If you’re looking to do a large data import, the import data set should be batched in smaller chunks (e.g. a few thousand lines per query) which can then be executed in sequence.
