So i saw a page where someone said if u have just 1 website on account it has more resources dedicated unlike to 3 sites on 1 account. Is it true?
No. Each account has the same limits, no matter the number of domains connected.

Iām not quite sure what you mean. You get three accounts, and each has the same limits.
