My advice, don’t poke the bear. If its working keep a low profile and hopefully nothing more will happen

That’s what I plan to do, but what if iFastNet discovers this account again, hosting even though they don’t want it to?

My honest guess, is that unless something flags it to them (such as too many hits) they probably wont even look.

Its also possible that whoever responded the most recent reply to the ticket might not have even looked at your account, and just reitterated what was previously said on the ticket… I’ve done that myself too many times

I have brought up the DDoS attacks with iFastNet, they have acknowledged the issues and reactivated a number of accounts that we know are affected by this.

However, individual support staff members may not be aware of this (and couldn’t have been aware of this until I informed them yesterday), and not look beyond the suspension reason of the individual account.
