I’d try refreshing, then try removing the domain again tbh. Looks like something may have crashed in the background.
If youre trying to host a custom domain elsewhere, you can change the name servers to whatever your new hosting providers name servers, and it should work fine.
The only problem you may face is if you’re trying to host with another provider that uses IFastNet for their back end…

I don’t know what happened exactly to put your account in a processing state. But as you can read next to the Deactivate Account function: deactivating an account does not remove the domain names from an account. If you want to remove a domain from an account, just remove the domain from the account.
