Issues using the website with external programs

My website URL is: crew.tcxvirtual.com

What I’m seeing is: I am trying to use a program “CCFTracker” from CrazyCreatives with my site (running PHPVMS). Unfortunately, when I try to connect using my url, I get this error:

I’m using this software:

As I said, my website is running PHPVMS. I'm 100% sure this is a hosting related problem, and not my site.

Any ideas why this isn’t working?

So you mean it doesn’t allow incoming connections?

But I guess using software like that would work with the premium hosting at iFastNet
