Issue with launching softaculous

Error Message whenever I try to launch Softaculous though the control panel or otherwise:
The hosting platform returned an error message while trying to process your request. Please try again or try making the change through the control panel. The error returned is: Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry

Been happening since this morning

Its common error it will solved itself.
Try using incognito

It still hasn’t, I cant even log in to the website now
