Hi there,
when i go to my site with a fresh browser it loads the very first time without
graphics. So no bg-video and gallery images.
When i refresh (F5) the page all loads in and it displays correctly.
What is causing this?

That might be some weird issue with your browser, since everything loaded fine for me the first time.
Ah thanks for checking and that’s good to hear.
I did check however with multiple comps and browsers.. hmmm..
There still is an issue.
When using Edge or Chrome after a clean start and go to mlon.nl i get no graphics.
Then when i click on the adress bar and hit enter again still nothing but when i F5 the page
it loads correctly with graphics.
Except then i get ?i=1 behind my url.
What can i do to fix this so when people visit my page it loads as it should?

Your browser might have some hard time to run the anti bot javascript verification code, the ?i=1 behind your url means the verification is successfully and it will allow you to access the website, you can check out the knowledge base for more infomation, usually other user can access your site normally, they wont facing that problem
I just checked your website using a fresh Chrome browser window (a new guest mode window), and the website worked fine without any issues. The video background takes a few seconds to download (it’s a pretty big file), but everything is snappy besides that.
I don’t know why it’s not working properly for you, because there is no problem with your website as far as I can tell.

I did check myself on a different computer and again no gfx.
Hit F5 and it works.
Also i found in my web space Root/htdocs a file that says Files for your website here.
My files are however in Root/mlon.nl
This directory got made when it asked me in domain panel settings.
Is it maybe a redirect issue?
And.. it must be said.. This is a very nice and responsive community, very helpfull
so thanks again! 
oh and the video is indeed 5mb but i optimized it for streaming so metadata is at
the beginning of the video so it should play instantly.
This is a bit misleading, “your website” doesn’t necessarily means your mlon.nl domain.
You can safely ignore this and it’s not causing the issues.
Is it just a clearing cache issue? Seems to work fine here.
