So basically I got the SSL certificate authorised and one of my friends can access the website with secure padlock but some others including myself cant. Why is this and whats the solution?

I see that you requested two certificates of the same date,
so best wait until it becomes valid everywhere in the world
Yes I have and thank you but how long would this normally take?
within 24 hours if you do not request a new certificate again
And some browsers like Chrome is known to keep the old cert in the cache
so sometimes it can be a hassle until they decide to pull a new one.
