WP-corn is not disabled, but cron jobs are. You’ll need to upgrade to premium to create them
WP Cron is a built-in feature from WordPress. You can disable or enable it through the wp-config.php configuration file of WordPress, but it should be enabled by default. Of course, plugins can interfere with the correct working of WP Cron.
