What is the exact instruction? From what I know, ZOHO does not work well on free hosting, unless you have a custom domain.

For the exact CNAME record, since Zoho assumes that you own ifree.page (which you do not) they’ll ask you to add the record to zb97502634.yeshiva but in reality you’ll want to use zb97502634 and remove the duplicate yeshiva part.

There is nothing to buy on InfinityFree. If you’ve got Premium Hosting then there is a support ticket system with IFastNet.

If youve purchased a custom domain, you can add it to your account. But the domain you’ve shared is an Infinityfree domain, that you don’t own.

If you paid any money for that ifree.page domain, then you’ve been scammed. That’s a free subdomain we provide with our free hosting. You didn’t buy it from us. If you paid money to someone for this, you need to sort this out with them.

And if I may be so pedantic: according to the dictionary definition, you can’t get customer support from us because you’re not a customer. A customer pays money to obtain a service, and all our services are free.
