Is it allowed to make a website with a program download page? Or, for example, make a website for temporary file hosting (such as file.io)? And is it possible to use Python scripts if I want to write a website on/with its help?
Yes, provided the site is geared towards downloading one program, and also contains information about such program (Documentation, etc). Basically, the site cannot offer just the download.
