Is it possible to edit the subdomain name?

I made a mistake when naming the subdomain that I created on my account. It is a grammatical error so, I would like to know if it is possible to edit it to fix it.

Let me give you an example:

  • If I have the subdomain works.infinityfreeapp.com, is it possible to edit it to show words.infinityfreeapp.com?

If so, can you please let me know where to find a tutorial to edit this?

You will not be able to edit your subdomain’s name, but you can obtain a new subdomain with the correct name, and delete your old subdomain with the incorrect name.

In that case, what would be the best option to proceed?, Please let me explain myself.
Currently, I have 1 account and 1 subdomain in that account. I have also already created a WordPress blog in there.

  1. Should I create a new subdomain in the same account and migrate the content?, Is that possible?
  2. Should I create a new account, create the correct subdomain in that new account, and migrate the content?

You should create a new subdomain with the correct name on the same account, and migrate all WordPress files over to that new subdomain.
