IonCube should be installed an enabled on all websites are already. It could be that this somehow is not the case on your account, or that there is another issue from preventing it from working on your site. But that’s impossible to say if you just paste an error message with no context.

Which PHP version you are using?
Use PHP version 7.0 or higher.

Make file.php in htdocs folder of your website and add code given on this URL there:
https://codeshare.io/6ppoMz
Then open that file through your domain e.g.
yourdomain/file.php
It will show all the enabled PHP extensions.
Also, if you are not using PHP v7.4 then kindly switch to it.
