what is the reason of this issue? how to resolved this issue in free?
Like you already say in the title, the reason for the email is “io warning”. And given the fact that your account has been suspended every other day for the last two weeks for exceeding the IO limits, it makes sense that you’d get emails warning you about that.

Your account was suspended because you hit the I/O limits.
what is the reason of this issue? how to resolved this issue in free?

In short, I/O was normally created with PHP script. As you say, it just arose these days so your site might get DDoSed. Unfortunately there’s no way to prevent this from happening with a free subdomain, so you might wanted to change your domain.
It is free, just wait for 24 hours to let the suspension lift.
We don’t keep detailed information regarding IO usage. All we have are the daily aggregates, all other information gets discarded. So we don’t have more information to troubleshoot this than you do.
I did take a quick look at your website it does seem you’ve basically installed every plugin on your website that you shouldn’t be using. Elementor, WooCommerce, Jetpack and all backup plugins require a lot of server power to run. Especially backup plugins cause very high IO usage, which is why we specifically referred to it in the article as something you shouldn’t host here.
