Because it is the IP of one of servers. It is a shared hosting which means all of the websites hosted on a specific server all share a common IP.

It’s called “Name Based Virtual Hosting”. Basically, when your browser tries to request a page from the server, it will send along the domain name for which it tries to load that page. The server can then decide which website to load based on the domain name the browser requested.

This has been around for at least 15 years for HTTP and at least 10 years for HTTPS.

IP addresses (specifically IPv4 addresses), are in limited supply, and quite expensive to get nowadays. So we serve tens of thousands of websites from the same IP address, so we can use our available IP space efficiently.

We simply don’t have remotely enough IP addresses to give every website their own IP address, and there is basically no reason to.
