I requested for an SSL certificate last January 24, 2020. The one that is a new feature and free on InfinityFree. I already attached the CNAME records on cPanel and the status is ready. I have already clicked the “Request SSL Certificate” button but until now the status is still “Pending”. I’m not sure if there are additional steps that I need to do? Please advise. Thank you.
No, this was an issue on our end. It appears that the task to actually request your SSL certificate was never started. I’ve manually restarted this for all pending certificates now and implemented a permanent fix.
