Inodes stays at 88% even after i deleted every file

i got the “You have reached the inode limit of your hosting account. Please reduce the number of files and directories in your account, or upgrade to premium hosting which has a much higher inode limit.” so i decided to deleteevery file but it stays the same how do i reduce the inodes

The counter is not realtime and only updates every 8 hours
