In the file manager the code not saving

When i put the code in save it first of all it says 0b then if i reload all the code disappears

also according to the panel ity says 4752MB of data not used and 0 used what is that meaning and the code im putting in is around 4000 lines long but that should stiil work right it worked with a smaller file so im guessing the admins have to fix somthing
