you have to wait 24-48hrs that the nameservers change

Could you please try entering your domain in the Domain Checker tool in the client area? It will tell you the actual nameservers we see in your domain. The actual nameservers don’t always match what’s configured at your domain registrar.
And yeah, nameserver changes take some time to take effect. Which is why the error message says “wait a few hours”.
