Hey! I have a problem with the website. Yesterday the php request limit was reached and it was deactivated.  
I bought a new hosting from iFastNet.

The site went up overnight, but I still have a few questions, I can still access FTP through your panel. And through their panel, I just open an empty FTP directory, what is the reason for this?

I’m really tired and would appreciate any help.
