Is the account showing as suspended or deleted?
Please find the account in the client area and check the status.
Is it listed as suspended for inactivity? Then there should be a big green button saying “Reactivate Now”. And when you click it, then that’s exactly what will happen.
Is it listed as deleted? Then it really is deleted, it’s fully erased from our servers, and it’s too late to reactivate it or recover any contents.
In either case, there is nothing I can do for you that you cannot do yourself.
