The CNAME records option in the control panel is currently hidden because there are some problems with it, but you can still access it through the direct link.

The screenshot shows the MX and SPF options in the control panel, which are used to setup the necessary DNS records to receive and send email.

What CNAME record did Zoho tell you to setup? Can you share a screenshot that shows the exact values of the CNAME record you needed to setup? Then we can see why the record you set up doesn’t work.
